Natasha Mednikova
Registered Clinical Counsellor
Natasha believes that emotional support is an essential part of navigating times of uncertainty, transition, and instability, helping individuals feel more grounded, supported, and better equipped to manage life’s challenges.
Her experience working as a doula and supporting families through some of life’s most significant moments deepened her understanding of how important it is to have a trusted support person during challenging times. This experience inspired Natasha to become a counsellor, where she could continue providing compassionate support to individuals navigating life’s difficulties.
Natasha’s work focuses on helping clients gain deeper self-understanding, navigate life’s challenges, and work toward their therapeutic goals. She offers a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Natasha approaches therapy as a collaborative process and works alongside each client at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive.
She works with individuals and couples from youth 19+ to elders and offers both virtual sessions and in-person counselling in Maple Ridge, BC. Natasha provides counselling services in both English and Russian. Her services are covered by most insurance providers in BC.
Natasha offers a complimentary 20-minute online consultation to help prospective clients determine whether working together is the right fit.
